How do I register for programs and activities?: Our registration process is done online on this website under the tab “Events”.
What are the age and eligibility requirements for your programs?: Age requirements vary depending on the sport and season. Be sure to read the descriptions on each form for the specific requirements.
What is the cost of membership or specific programs?: Cost of registration varies depending on the sport and season. Be sure to read the descriptions on each form for the specific cost.
What is your refund policy for program cancellations?: For leagues, you will be granted a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the draft. If a player wishes to drop out of the league during the 48 hours prior to the draft, they will not be refunded. If a player wishes to drop out of the league following the draft, they will not receive a refund nor will they be able to register for the next year’s season.
For tournaments, camps, or other events, a full refund will be given up to 24 hours prior to the event.
Our refunds are case to case so be sure to reach out to the organizer in charge of that season for more information.

How can I volunteer at MISA?: Sister’s Volunteers, Brother’s Volunteers, and Dream Team group chat links can be found under “Get Involved”.
What safety measures do you have in place, especially for children's programs?: We are equipped with First Aid kits, as well as an AED and Respiratory equipment available at each event.
What types of programs do you offer for adults, seniors, and individuals with disabilities?: An overview of the range of programs available for different age groups and abilities.
Is there a dress code for using the facilities?: MISA is an Islamic non-profit sports organization, and we want to respect Islamic principles along with various Masjids/facility dress code.
Do you have a lost and found?: Your organizer will reach out to the group after each event with any items left behind. The organizer will hold onto the item until the event/season is over.
